Application process

   1. Fill your Application Form and send it by e-mail
   2. Complete Europass CV with picture

   3. Complete the Europass Language Passport

   4. Write and send your Letter of Intent

Establish a clear relationship between your skills/studies and the internship placement you are interested in.
Specify at what stage of your studies you are and what your current occupation is.
Please sign your letter.

   5. Attach a copy of your degree, technical certification, and work certificate or recommendation letter.
   6. Send us a Copy of Insurance Policy (Travel, health & liability) once your internship has been confirmed.

      It should include insurance coverage and procedure in case of accident or medical assistance needed

   7. Include your Passport Number
   8. Send us Terms & Conditions completed and signed
   9. Deposit your registration fee

 
Once we receive your application, it takes one week to get it processed and confirmed whether or not there is a position available.

After processing your information you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Later, we will arrange a phone interview with you to talk about your profile, interests and any other questions you may have.

After the interview, it takes 8 weeks to confirm you your placement details.
