FAQs

Can I choose my student residence?

Recidences are subject to availability,  therefore our specialized staff is responsible for choosing each accommodation.

Can I receive friends in the residence?

Stranger are not allowed to  enter for security and respect for other guests.

Can I stay for more than established in the same residence?

The extensions are subject to availability. The residence could have been designated to another guests, otherwise there will be no problems, just need to contact us to request such extension.

What time should I arrive at the residence on the first day?

We will be waitingbetween 10 and 12 in the morning and between 6 and 8 in the evening .
If you've booked with us a pickup service, it will be waiting for you at the exact time of your arrival.

What time should I leave the residence on my last day?

You must leave your room at 10 am on your last day to let the cleaning service prepared it for new guests.

What happens if I break something in the residence?

The amount will be deducted from your deposit for the replacement of the objecto or to repair it.

What if I lose my keys?

Please advise the staff in charge of the residence, who will change the combination of keys and will give all the guest new ones. This cost will be deducted from your deposit.

Can I use the telephone?

You are only allowed to use pre-paid telephone cards.

What happens if I am not happy with my residence?

If the residence does not meet your expectations or COINED´s  standards, you will have the option of requesting a change.

When will I get the detailed information of the residence?

Your trip advisor will give your the information through a web link with details of the residence, some photos and a map of the location.
