Can I choose my Host Family?
Families are subject to availability. Our specialized staff is responsible for choosing each accommodation. Our host families are carefully selected considering the genuine desire to learn a new language and share their culture with you.
Can I receive friends at my new home?
You can receive friends only if you have your host family's permission.
Can I stay for more than established in the same house?
The extensions are subject to availability. So, It's possible that your host family already designed the room to another guest, otherwise there will be no problems, just need to contact us to request such extension.
What time should I arrive at home on my first day?
The family will be waiting between 10 and 12 and in the evening between 6 and 8.
If you've booked with us a transfer service, it will be waiting for you at the exact time of your arrival.
What time should I leave home on my last day?
You must leave the room at 10 am on your last day .
What happens if I break something at home?
In that case you must coordinate with the family to replace, repair or pay the object.
What if I lose my keys?
For security reasons homeowners will change the lock combination, expenditure to be taking charge.
Can I use the telephone?
The phone only allows you to use pre-paid Card.
Do all homes have internet?
No, but if you need it you must request it when hiring our products.
What happens if I am not happy with my host family?
If your host family does not meet your expectations you can request a change of accommodation, to be made within 72 hours of your order
When will I get the detailed information about the family?
You will get the information through your trip advisor, he will give you a web link with details of the house, its members, some photos and a map of the location.
Will I have my regular meals on Sundays?
No, you won’t. Sunday meals are not included because that’s your host family’s day-off.
