ABOUT US COINED, Comision de Intercambio Educativo, is a non-profit organization which since 1971, has been active in the field of intercultural exchange and international education. In 1985, COINED founded its first Spanish school to function as the academic branch of the organization. Today, we have schools in Cordoba, Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Ushuaia and Mendoza, in Argentina, Santiago de Chile in Chile, Montevideo in Uruguay and Heredia in Costa Rica. We also work with our partner schools in Costa Rica in the cities of Flamingo beach, Jaco Beach, Manuel Antonio, Monteverde, San Jose, and Tamarindo. Due to our presence in the most important Latin American cities, thousands of students from around the world have taken Spanish courses at our schools and have joined our cultural immersion programs. That’s why at COINED we believe in mutual respect among different cultures and nations, which leads us to create new areas for intercultural learning through our study abroad programs. Today, and with the cooperation of a number of former participants, COINED has evolved into a dynamic organization, constantly thriving for the highest standards in quality and on the lookout for new services and opportunities to offer. |
